Our most popular pork cut, the pork fillet, also known as pork tenderloin, is sourced from NSW farms. It’s lean, tender and quick to cook – try stuffing it with chopped olives and feta, wrapping in prosciutto and roasting whole. Alternatively, slice it thinly and stir fry.
