Each bottle is hand made in small batches, featuring fresh organic produce, mixed with delicious spices and seasoning, and traditionally lacto-fermented to increase flavour, nutrition and shelf life!

Water Kefir is a great alternative to juice and soft drinks. It's tasty, carbonated and PROBIOTIC!!! It's typically composed of Lactobacillus, Streptococcus, Pediococcus and Leuconostoc bacteria with yeasts from Saccharomyces, Candida, Kloeckera and possibly other minor yeasts. These little bugs keep our guts healthy and improve digestion. We're learning more every day about how important good gut health is to overall good physical and mental health.
