Nakano BC's Junmai-shu has a gentle taste with rice flavour typical of its hometown Wakayama. The sake is made with "namachozo" process, which means that it is only heated once, instead of twice, so that you can enjoy the freshness and calm aroma of name sake. It has a more gorgeous aroma than regular junmai-shu, and is slightly acidic so it can be enjoyed on the rocks. We recommend this sake for occasions when you want to drink it cold.
