Southern Highlands Winery Pinot Noir Southern Highlands NSW

The SHW Pinot Noir was crafted by selecting the best fruit from their altitude vineyards. This wine displays aromas of fresh raspberries, violet, cinnamon, rosemary and truffle. It also has a subtle mineral finish accompanied with hints of dark cacao, mocha and cinnamon. It is medium bodied, with silky and round tannins, ending softly in your palate. This wine matured for 14 months in French and Hungarian oak barrels.

This wine would be best served with Cantonese, Thai, Indian, light Italian, pork and duck dishes.
