The Oldbury Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon was crafted exclusively with fruit from there high altitude vineyards. The pursuit of excellence was there driving force in nurturing this wine from wine to bottle. This wine is a fine example of a cool climate red. It has plenty of aromas such as; blackcurrant, peppermint, plums, cassis, mocha and hints of cigar box. It also re-leases rich truffles, game and earthy notes showing the best of there “terroir” . The palate is full bodied, round and finishing with firm and gentle tannins. Patiently, this Cabernet Sauvignon has evolved for 18 months in French and American oak barrels, before being left at liberty and bottled.
