This Winter Gin was created for enjoyment on cold Canberra nights. It starts with lightly spiced gin, infused with basil and sweetened after distillation to give it a heady flavour and complex notes. You may also find coriander, cardamom, cinnamon or tangelo ahead of the juniper gin base and the basil infusion. But you’ll likely agree it’s a combination that warms the soul.
