Green Papaya has a crisp white flesh with mild flavour. It's crunch makes it an ideal addition to salads to offset powerful flavours of chilli, lime, garlic and fish sauce. Unripened Paw Paws must be cooked before eating. They're a good source of vitamins A and C, dietary fibre, potassium and contains some vitamin B1.
