Vernières Frères is an independent and family run company. They make and distribute exclusively their own Roquefort since 1890. Vernières Frères cheese is made of unpasteurized sheep’s milk, molded in our own dairy and is then matured in naturally dug and vented caves among the fallen rocks of Combalou in Roquefort.
