Ingredients: Certified Organic Moong Dhal (yellow lentils) Organic Spices (cumin, coriander, ginger, turmeric) Himalayan Salt.
Cooking Directions: Lightly fry in Sol Ghee or Coconut Oil (Vegan) then add water, bring to the boil and then simmer for 15-20 minutes.
Serving Suggestion: Add veggies if desired – we love sweet potato, zucchini or kale or green beans. Serve over basmati rice. Garnish with fresh coriander and a dollop of yoghurt and cracked pepper. So easy and delicious!
