What is Nectar Cold Pressed?
Nectar Cold Pressed is a company all about ‘the perfect blend of taste, health, value and convenience’. Cold Pressed is a juicing method that ‘presses’ the fruits and vegetables at a much slower rate than a conventional centrifugal juicer which chops up the produce at a very high rate. This keeps the nutrients and enzymes intact to create a living juice in a bottle, which is then absorbed by the body ten times quicker than eating a plate of fruit and vegetables.
Nectar Cold Pressed also use High Pressure Process (HPP) – which safely lock in the living nutrients and enzymes using cold water and high pressure. There is no heat in our process (unlike pasteurization which ‘cooks’ the juice) so that all of the natural goodness is retained in each bottle along with its amazing taste – nothing added!
